Job opening for Norwegian client.
You’ll keep our numbers clean, our catalogs correct, and our reports on time across two Norwegian brands. The work is detail-heavy and Excel-first, with invoicing to customer, analysis of operations, WooCommerce product imports and weekly operational controls across portals we use. In addition you need to be able to automize workflows and tasks using AI solutions and agents.
English is the working language; we’ll train you on our portals, system and Norwegian terms where needed. However, good data, excel, analysis and ai competence is needed. I addition to the ability of being accurate and detail oriented.
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial analysis: various financial, revenue and cost analysis
- Invoice control: match supplier invoices to packing slips; flag discrepancies.
- Master Product List owner: create/update products, categories, variants, pricing, images; validate and import CSV templates into WooCommerce and POS; maintain taxonomy and data quality.
- Customer invoicing and overdue collections: create and send invoices on orders, reminders, escalate to debt collection once criteria are met
- Building automations with AI: Applies AI to business analysis. Builds automations and task focused AI agents for research, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- KPI reporting: reporting and analysis of various KPIs
Experience & Qualifications
- Excel proficiency: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation, text cleanup, basic Power Query; clean CSV imports without breaking data.
- AI competence: Builds AI automations and lightweight AI agents to speed up analysis, reporting, and decision support.
- Catalog & taxonomy mindset: Owner of product list, attributes/variants, bulk imports, image mapping, SKU discipline. Understanding of product categorization etc.
- Basic accounting and analysis: Need understanding of basic concepts and theory
- Understands and recognizes similarities between the client's business and other clients/organizations within its industry.
Nice to have
- Power BI / Looker Studio or similar for automated dashboards (optional).
- Light SQL/Python for data cleaning (optional).
Compensation & hours
- PKR 40,000–80,000 per month (based on experience / competence)
- 9:00–17:00 PK time, Monday–Friday.
- Pakistan public holidays observed; performance bonus possible.
